He has been enriched his previous organisations through Sales and Marketing, Market planning and Research, Account management and Strategy functions - FMCG, IT, Manufacturing Telecom, Banking, Financial Markets and Insurance. 

Chandra Shekhar is passionate about the role market research can play in shaping business success and has shares his thoughts on how "transformation through research" in India and SE-Asia. His goal is to help shape research for 2030.

He did his MBA with honors from FMS, Delhi and his Engineering graduation from IIT Delhi, India.

He has worked extensively on life sciences analytics and research; have led 40+ custom research engagements for leading branded, generic pharmaceuticals and medical devices companies.

Monica Deveshwar is a dynamic professional with 20 years of experience in Marketing,  Market Research and Analysis. She led Technology practice as well as B2C Quant teams at Nielsen India. 


She also led APAC Software and service practice at Frost & Sullivan and Technology practice at F&S India. Her experience spans Consumer studies across a range of industries including telecom, FMCG, durables, etc.  
 
She is considered leading light by industry on survey and research methodologies (for B2C as well as for B2B). 

She's a veteran at handling MR and consulting studies, entailing: 
  • Managing the assignments through the execution stage.
  • Analyzing research reports for obtaining business insights and preparing key findings
  • Presenting recommendations and viewpoints for facilitating decision making client management.

S. Khosla is our senior advisor. He helps us stay in touch with latest developments in Pharmaceutics and Healthcare. Our healthcare research proposals have to be vetted by him.  

He is providing strategic consulting to 3 largest European Pharma organisations. Prior to his 5 year stint in consulting, he was a top level executive in pharmaceutical and healthcare sector for 38 years. 

He has been associated in the past with Novartis, Ciba Geigy, Syngenta. 

Mr. Khosla is a management graduate from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS Delhi), Bachelor in Law (LLB) from Faculty of Law Delhi University, Msc Chemistry from Delhi University (Gold medalist).
