Ethnography Studies
We at ResearchTree believe, Ethnographic studies are a powerful assessment tool for exploring users attributes and needs: A crucial goal of an ethnographic study is to gain the capacity to view a system through the eyes of the user, user friendliness and the hurdles faced by the user. This particular perspective assists in understanding, creating and innovating an improved user interface to fit the needs of the end-user.
For an in-depth understanding of the user culture, our researchers closely watch the users in ethnographic encounters, participate in and get feedbacks about the users' normal day to day activities and from a study design perspective, they relate and think like a user (or at least try best to explore and understand how the targeted users think) to create a better interface and results.
